![]() Travel, Accomodations, and Financial Support Covered Expenses | Lodging | Airfare | Airport Shuttle | Meals | Lodging Registration Although it is the Organizing Committee's desire to provide financial support for all Workshop participants, limited funds may inhibit fully supporting all participants. A distinction, therefore, will be made between Invited and Contributing Attendees. Invited Attendees shall receive financial support to attend the event whereas Contributing Attendees are encouraged and welcomed to participate, but will be required to provide their own financial support. Registration will be taken as an application to attend as an Invited Attendee. Everyone will be notified by about January 22, 2003 of his/her attending status. Covered Expenses and Reimbursements: Invited attendees of the SEAP 2003 Workshop shall be provided with airfare, lodging and most meals (see details below). Arrangements have been made to direct bill lodging, airfare and shuttle expenses. If you elect not to use the services provided, you are eligible for reimbursement only up to the maximum amount specified. Original receipts will be required for reimbursements and may be mailed to: Teri Keeler The SEAP 2003 Workshop will be hosted at the Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado. A block reservation from March 2 - March 5 and direct billing has been established for Workshop attendees at a rate of $119.00/night, for a double occupancy room. The Workshop shall provide accommodations for up to a maximum 3-night stay, double occupancy. Requests for accommodations prior to or after the workshop date will be based on space and rate availability - charges for additional nights will be the responsibility of the guest. Lodging arrangements should be made through the SEAP 2003 office by completing the lodging registration form, below. If you elect to make your own reservations at an alternative location, reimbursement shall be made up to 3 nights at the maximum allowed rate of $119/night double or $60/night single occupancy. Changes to submitted registration forms and questions should be made by contacting Teri Keeler at 303-492-5243 or tkeeler@colorado.edu. BOULDER TRAVEL will make all flight arrangements to the SEAP 2003 Workshop. Airfare expenses will be directly billed to the Workshop up to the maximum amount allowed: $400 domestic and $800 international, except in exceptional cases. When making a reservation, please specify SEAP 2003 WORKSHOP. Participants who do not use Boulder Travel to make flight arrangements, should provide original receipts at the workshop check-in. The Boulder SuperShuttle is available for round trip service from Denver International Airport and The Hotel Boulderado, or any Boulder Hotel. Registered SEAP 2003 attendees will be eligible to use this service at a reduced group rate of $30.00/RT. Please check in at the Boulder SuperShuttle counter (located in Denver International Airport, baggage claim level) upon arrival in Denver to sign the roster list and obtain a ticket. Ticket charges will be direct billed to the Workshop. If, for any reason, your name does not appear on the registration list provided, full fare will be charged ($36/RT) and reimbursement may be claimed at the Workshop check-in. Please note: Reservations for the SuperShuttle are required only for the return trip, traveling from Boulder to the airport, and can be made with assistance of the hotel or Workshop staffs.
